Seabreeze Guest House Terms and Conditions
- A non-refundable deposit of £10.00 per night per adult and £5 per night per child is required upon confirmation of booking. The deposit will be deducted from the final account which is payable by cheque (received 10 days prior to arrival), credit/debit card or by cash on arrival.
- Meal times are arranged to your convenience, but no allowance can be made for meals not taken.
- Rooms should be vacated by 10.00am on the morning of departure.
- The proprietors cannot accept responsibility for loss of guests property it is the guests responsibility to safeguard their own property at all times.
- Should you be delayed on your journey and not be arriving at the time intended, we would ask you to telephone and advise us accordingly.
- In the event of any cancellation or curtailment of your stay and the accommodation not be re-let, the person booking the accommodation will be liable to pay for the costs as detailed in the reservation. And such costs will be taken from the credit/debit card supplied to take the deposit, without any further permission being required.
- Free car park provided, subject to availability, entirely at your own risk.
- Seabreeze reserve the right to amend, curtail or terminate any contract should the conduct of any person cause any detriment to the well being or comfort of other guests and propreitors, or who causes damage to the guest house and its fixtures and fittings. Any damage or costs incurred, including legal expenses because of such behaviour will be recovered by Seabreeze by whatever means possible. Any such costs will be taken from the credit/debit card supplied to take the deposit, without any further permission being required.
- We do recommend you take out personal holiday insurance.
- Seabreeze on Gynn Avenue allow couples and families only, bookings made for single sex groups will be refused entry on arrival. In this event all costs detailed in the reservation will be taken from the credit/debit card supplied to take the deposit, without further permission being required.
- Please note there will be a 2% charge for all payments made via credit / debit cards.
- Family En-suite: Please note that this room is for 2 adults and 1 or 2 children, it is unable to accommodate 3 or 4 adults.
- Seabreeze is a non-smoking establishment, anyone found smoking in our bedrooms will be asked to leave, without refund.
- Visitors other than resident guests are not allowed to enter Seabreeze.
- Lost keys are charged at £25.00 per set
