Directions to Seabreeze, 1 Gynn Avenue, Blackpool
FROM the M55 - a quieter route (for busy times)
- From the M55 follow directions to North Shore A583 until you come to a roundabout that no longer says “North Shore”, follow “Town Centre” direction.
- There will be an Total petrol station on your right.
- Carry on: past Esso garage on Right.
- Past Wickes on Right and Macdonalds on Left.
- Keep straight on, past The Clarence pub on Left.
- Look out for a sign with traffic lights for Victoria Hospital – ignore this one, but get into the Right hand lane immediately after this road, ready to turn right at the next set of traffic lights, signposted North Shore A583.
- You are now in Whitegate Drive.
- Continue straight along. Notice a signpost “Devonshire Square” and follow the Bispham route straight ahead.
- Go straight over at next lights, with No.3 pub on your right.
- At next traffic lights follow sign for Bispham, straight on.
- Continue under a bridge.
- Proceed to a roundabout
- Take 1st left into Warbreck Hill Road
- At the end of this road is a large roundabout - and you are facing the sea
- Take the road left along the Promenade
- Turn 1st left into Warley Road
- Turn 1st left into Gynn Avenue just before the church building.
- Seabreeze is the first house on the right.
- Proceed along the lane to the right of Seabreeze – there is a car park at the rear.
2nd Route along the seafront – which may be rather busy
- Drive to the end of the M55 - this leads straight on to Yeadon Way towards South Shore (beware of turning into the large car park by mistake).
- At the end of Yeadon Way is a T junction at Waterloo Road, turn left, towards the sea.
- At the traffic lights turn right along the Promenade and after approximately 2 miles you will see a large red brick hotel – The Hilton.
- Take the first road right after the Hilton – Warley Road
- Then the first road left – Gynn Avenue. Seabreeze is the first on the right.
- Turn right along the lane beside Seabreeze to a car park at the rear.
