We are situated on Gynn Avenue at the North Shore of Blackpool adjacent to the Promenade, close to conference venues such as the Hilton and Imperial Hotels, just a short walk to North Pier and Blackpool Tower and only 100 yards from the tram and bus stops.
Family, double, twin, single and ground floor rooms are available. All of our bedrooms are en-suite with showers and luxury towels, robes and a selection of quality toiletries. Also available is a seperate bathroom should you wish to soak your body after a tiring day in Blackpool. In your room you will find colour televisions and DVD/CD players, wireless internet access, complimentary tea & coffee making facilities, central heating and fresh towels as required.

Full English breakfast at a time to suit you - our menu includes home made marmalades and preserves. We happily cater for vegetarians and those on special dietary requirements.
A well lit car park is available free to our guests.
Families, couples, conference delegates, business customers and senior citizens are very welcome. Sorry but we do not cater for Hen and Stag parties.
Pushchair, highchair and all items necessary for a comfortable stay with your baby including moses basket and baby bath - all free of charge.
We also offer access to a wheelchair for those less able to get around Blackpool - also free of charge.
